Sri Soumya Varanasi (Soma) brings her signature SOMA’s M&Ms — Music & Mind Series, an immersive workshop exploring the deeper connection between music and the mind.
Rooted in the fundamentals of Carnatic music, this session moves beyond learning notes to understanding how rhythm, melody, and pattern influence the way we think, focus, and respond.
Through guided exploration, participants engage with music as an inner experience—developing coordination, clarity, and presence. The workshop invites a shift from performance to awareness, where music becomes a tool for stillness, balance, and deeper attention.
