Feet on Earth Festival 2023

Feet on Earth presents the 2023 edition of the Feet on Earth Festival, a boutique event that aims to celebrate the organic connections between history, arts, culture, and ecology through meticulously curated performances, artworks, and exhibits. 

This year's theme is 'Dharani,' and the festival will take place at the restored BANSILALPET STEPWELL in Secunderabad on November 25th and 26th, 2023. 

The festival highlights rare ritual performance art from Assam known as Gayon Bayon, the vibrant Telugu dance form of Kuchipudi, the revived temple dance tradition Andhra Natyam, Mohiniyattam from Kerala, an intriguing collaboration between Marathi theatre and Lavani, and storytelling. 

The event will also feature the exceptional artworks of visual artist Charanjeet Singh, with a particular focus on Stepwells. Additionally, there will be a special heritage walk in the area as a precursor to the main evening program.
