About the Workshop
LEAP – Move. Express. Connect. is a contemporary dance workshop designed to help dancers explore their body, emotions, and movement language.
The session will focus on three core areas: release technique — understanding fluidity, breath, and natural body movement; improvisation — exploring personal expression and spontaneity; and floor technique — building strength, control, and seamless transitions.
The workshop concludes with a choreography session, where participants learn a contemporary piece integrating everything explored during the class. The experience is designed to help dancers connect deeper with themselves, move with intention, and express authentically.
About Kenny
Kenny Swaminadham is a choreographer, theatre artist, and founder of You Can Dance studio, Hyderabad. With a strong foundation in classical and contemporary dance, he is known for blending technique with storytelling, creating powerful and expressive movement experiences.
