This workshop explores the essence of Navarasa—the nine fundamental emotions that form the soul of Indian classical arts. Through guided exercises, participants will learn how to internalize and express these emotions with clarity, depth, and authenticity.
Moving beyond technique, the session focuses on how expression transforms movement into narrative—allowing dancers to communicate stories that are both personal and universal.
