About The Event
Step into a live, interactive courtroom where queer dilemmas take center stage.
In this Pride Special edition of Your Word Against Mine, you will take on a role within a case inspired by familiar experiences from queer life, relationships, community, and connection. Gather perspectives, build your argument, challenge opposing viewpoints, and help the jury reach a verdict.
The cases explore the messy emotional grey areas we often recognize but rarely unpack: unspoken crushes, chosen family politics, dating app disasters, situationships that somehow lasted six months, friendship breakups, community etiquette, and everything in between.
No legal expertise required. All you need is curiosity, conversation, and a willingness to defend your side of the story.
Organised by The Average Queer Space (TAQS) and the Coalition for Sex Workers', Sexual and Gender Minorities' Rights (CSGMR), as part of Karnataka Swabhimana Habba 2026.
